In this high-impact client-facing role, you will own the client implementation process from end-to-end, ensuring our partners launch on time and successfully adopt our technology. You will serve as the primary point of contact, driving seamless project execution, and instilling confidence for our valued partners.

We are looking for an individual who can expertly balance client needs with internal resources to drive high customer satisfaction. Ideally, you thrive in a startup environment, one built on seeing obstacles as opportunities, having a bias toward execution, and demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset to overcome obstacles and ensure customer success.

1. Implementation Leadership

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead customer implementations from kickoff to go-live and post-live stabilization. Ensure clients are launched on time with high adoption rates, minimal disruption, and high client satisfaction.
• Project Management: Create, coordinate, and execute project plans in collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for managing multiple client implementations at once, keeping all stakeholders aligned on milestones and timelines.
  

2. Process & Product Optimization

• Process Improvement: Identify and manage project risks and escalate early with proposed solutions. You will participate in the creation of repeatable processes that will scale with the growing number of concurrent implementations.
• Operations Management: Manage ongoing workflows critical to long-term success, such as data sharing and integrations. You will provide strategic insights to leadership to ensure processes are optimized for effectiveness and efficiency.
  

3. Communication & Relationship Building

• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal colleagues. You must be able to effectively work with all levels within a client organization.
• Expert Communication: Set the standard for incredible communication by conveying project progress and issues to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner. You will confidently answer questions and present solutions to clients.

• ‍Experience: 5+ years in implementation, project management, or customer success, preferably within MedTech Operations, Hospital Operations, or Sterile Processing (SPD) environments.‍
• Technical Aptitude: Comfort with data integration, advanced technical skills, and the ability to understand hardware/software interfaces.‍
• Customer-Centric Execution: Maintain a relentless focus on the customer experience in daily workflows. You actively seek feedback, anticipate pain points, and advocate for the customer's perspective in internal discussions. You define your own success by the success and satisfaction of the people using our product/service.‍
• Communication: Ability to build relationships with everyone from technicians to administration.‍
• Travel: While travel is high (+50%) during peak deployment phases, we prioritize flexible remote work during non-peak times to ensure work-life balance.
