Scalpel AI is building the foundational AI infrastructure for the surgical supply chain. Our machine vision platform brings intelligence, accuracy, and speed to orthopedic and spine tray operations across OEMs, 3PLs, and Hospital SPDs. Scalpel gives operations leaders a system built for modern surgical logistics, replacing guesswork with data and restoring trust from warehouse to OR.

In this high-impact client-facing role, you will own the client implementation process from end-to-end, ensuring our partners launch on time and successfully adopt our technology. You will serve as the primary point of contact, driving seamless project execution and instilling confidence for our valued partners. We are looking for an individual who can expertly balance client needs with internal resources to drive high customer satisfaction.

1. Implementation Leadership

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead customer implementations from kickoff to go-live and post-live stabilization.
• Performance Excellence: Ensure 100% of new clients are launched on the originally agreed-upon date, error-free, and with high client satisfaction (target 4.5/5.0).
• Project Management: Create, coordinate, and execute project plans for multiple concurrent implementations, keeping all stakeholders aligned on milestones and timelines.
  

2. Process & Product Optimization

• Strategic Insights: Provide feedback to leadership to inform implementation best practices and ensure processes are optimized for effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency.
• Scalability: Participate in the creation of repeatable processes that will scale with the growing number of concurrent implementations.
• Operations Management: Manage ongoing workflows critical to long-term success, such as data sharing and integrations.

• Integration Integrity: Oversee the ongoing management of integrations to ensure data files are refreshed and accurate.
  

3. Communication & Relationship Building

• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with all levels of a client organization, from technicians to administration.
• Client Advocacy: Gain insight into client culture and priorities to effectively convey their needs internally, driving the resources required for successful implementation.
• Expert Communication: Set the standard for transparent communication, confidently answering questions and presenting solutions to clients.

• Experience: 5+ years in SaaS implementation or project management, preferably within MedTech, Hospital Operations, or Sterile Processing (SPD). Experience in a high-growth company is a plus.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfort with data integration, hardware/software interfaces, AI, and advanced Excel/data knowledge.
• Software Proficiency: Experience using CRM and Project Management tools to track deliverables and minimize errors.
• Customer-Centric Execution: A relentless focus on the customer experience, defining success by the satisfaction of the people using our product.
• Travel: Ability to travel +50% during peak deployment phases, with flexible remote work during non-peak times.
